In the Old Town Square, you can see the old City Hall, and on its side, the Astronomical Clock. Between the hours of 9 a.m. and 8 p.m., on the hour, you can see a skeleton ring a bell on the clock as the 12 Apostles make a semicircular parade from inside the clock, out and back in.
Also in the square is a statue of Jan Hus, the famous Czech martyr. There is also the beautiful Tyn Church.
Other sights of interest in Old Town include the Rudolfinum, home of the Czech Philharmonic, as well as the Estates Theater, and the Powder Tower - the only remaining of 8 original city gates.
